Well,
Its been a month and I tried the measurements. I have lost 1.5 inches at waist and 1 inch in the hip. My biceps remain the same, tricep have improved a little and shoulders have improved a little.
But the shock was my chest has shrunk a little.
My routine has been 3 days of muscle training and 3 days to cardio (20 Thread + 10 Cycle + 10 efx). I alternate between muscle and cardio
My question is, by doing 3 days of cardio am I restricting my muscle mass building????
Not at all.....
by doing cardio you are not keeping muscle mass away but you are surely keeping body fat away, and in the end of the day you will get lean muscle mass, well your chest must have shed flab, or bad fat, keep on working out and very soon you will witness lean muscle mass.
Muscle building is all about patience and hard work, well it needs something to stand out of crowd..isint it
